User Agreement

The following is a legal agreement between you or the employer or other entity on whose behalf you are entering into this agreement (“you”) and Iceland Travel (“IT”)

Please read this agreement carefully before downloading any Iceland Travel Images and/or other content (“Image”) found on the agent log-in section. By downloading any Image, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. IT reserves the right to change any of the terms of this agreement at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. By signing up for an Agent Acess password you agree to receive the free IcelandTravel.com e-newsletter.

All Images on the IT website are protected by Icelandic and international copyright laws and treaties. IT and/or the various artists who provide content and/or Images own all rights, including the copyrights in and to the Images. Your rights to use any Image are subject to this license agreement. By this Agreement, IT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use and reproduce Images and content available in the log-in section in the following ways:

  • On websites, as prints, posters and/or and other reproductions for your commercial use and display of products operated by IT.  You can also use the images in coordination with opt-in email marketing
  • As advertising posters for use in promoting the sale of IT products
  • As part of an advertising copy in magazines and/or newspapers
  • The images are not intended for resale or distribution. You cannot give access to the photos to a third party.

You may not:

  • Use an Image other than as specified here above:
  • Resell, redistribute or transfer any Image
  • Share an Image by providing access to such Image on shared disk drives, computer networks, intranets of any nature or otherwise.

All images, content and/or documents available in the agent log-in section is confidential. They should not be discussed with a third party or distributed in any way.

In the event that you breach any of the terms of this or any other agreement with IT, the company shall have the right to terminate your account without further notice.
